Parkour is a class that teaches movements such as running, jumping, vaulting, climbing and balancing. There will be some exposure to acrobatics and tricking.
Parkour training focuses on…safety, longevity, personal responsibility and self-improvement.
Our goals for this class are to increase confidence and physicality. We will discourage reckless behavior, showing off and reckless stunts.
PLEASE NOTE…..2018-2019 Classes are being billed in 10 week
sessions (last year we billed in 8 week sessions)!!
